This YouTube video by the University of Australia explains what referencing is and why you need to do it.  It also explains the difference between in-text citations and a bibliography or reference list.  Students at Redlands Colleges are required to use APA 6th.

How To Organise Your Assignment

 

Indenting References in Microsoft Word

When organising your reference list in APA 7th style, the second and subsequent lines of each reference are indented by 1.27 cm (0.5 inches) - this is known as a hanging indent.
